Hygiene Team
Robin - Registered Dental Hygienist
I enjoy seeing my patients with healthy mouths and smiling faces!
Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene, has worked in the field since 1998, and joined us in 2018. She provides thorough, gentle cleanings, preventive, periodontal and maintenance care. She also handles all marketing and social media for the office.
Robin has a one daughter in college at the University Of South Carolina. Outside the office, she enjoys boating, hiking, fishing and reading, along with traveling and exploring new places.
Chandra - Registered Dental Hygienist
I like talking with and helping my patients!
Chandra holds an associate’s degree, is certified for anesthesia, and can monitor nitrous. She started in the field in 2002 and joined our team in 2007. In addition to regular dental cleanings for children and adults, she offers periodontal maintenance treatment, takes X-rays, and places sealants. Chandra also sterilizes instruments and handles OSHA compliance.
Chandra has three wonderful children and loves spending time with them. Chandra loves singing and working in her church. She also enjoys couponing, which allows her to provide for her family and to donate to our community through her church ministry.
Maria - Registered Dental Hygienist
I like meeting new people and getting to know patients while helping them achieve dental health!
Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene She started her dental career in 2005 and joined our practice in 2022 She provides routine cleanings, scaling and root planing, and takes X-rays.
Maria has three wonderful kids and enjoys chaperoning the Rebel Regiment marching band and Byrnes Winterguard teams.
Karyn - Registered Dental Hygienist
I love spending my days with our team because everyone works well together and is dedicated to helping our patients keep their smiles healthy.
Karyn graduated from hygiene school in 2019 with an Associate’s degree in science/dental hygiene. She joined our team shortly thereafter, and is responsible for cleaning our patients’ teeth and teaching patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health.
Karyn is married and has four children. She loves to read, bake, and work outside, as well as traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Tara - Registered Dental Hygienist
I love interacting with patients and helping them achieve the best oral health possible.
Tara holds a BS in Dental Hygiene and has been in the field since 2002. She joined Tyger River Family Dentistry in 2023.
Tara has been married to husband Sean for 28 years and they have two sons, Chase and Cameron. She enjoys reading, gardening and playing with her two grandsons Harlen and Gabriel.

Rhonda - Operations Manager

I really enjoy patient interaction and keeping our team energized, organized, and excited to provide the best care to our patients!
Rhonda started in the dental field in 1992 and joined Tyger River Family Dentistry in 1998. In addition to skillfully managing our schedule, she is our new patient concierge, chief culture officer, and general office manager.
Rhonda grew up in the area and graduated from Byrnes High School. She and her husband Rob have been married for more than 35 years and have two sons, Rustin and Rylan.
Lisa - Patient Concierge
I enjoy building relationships with our patients and my coworkers!
Lisa joined Tyger River Family Dentistry in 2021. She greets patients, checks them in and updates their patient information, and helps keep us on schedule.
Lisa and her husband Kevin have an amazing son, Bryce. They are very involved with church activities and love spending time with friends and family.
Jennifer - Front Office, Financial and Insurance Coordinator

I like interacting with patients and making sure they are happy with our service.
Jennifer began working in the dental field in 2017 and joined Tyger River Family Dentistry in 2020. She helps patients understand insurance details and financial obligations, along with patient concierge tasks.
Jennifer and her husband Joey have four children and 11 grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and snuggling with a good book.
Assistant Team
Kara - Certified Dental Assistant
I like helping people get their smile back!
Kara attended Greenville Tech, started working in the dental field in 2000, and joined our Tyger River Family Dentistry team in 2003. She works chairside, assisting the doctors with various procedures while supporting their patient.
Kara is the mother of two boys and has two Labs, as well. She loves Clemson football and the beach.
Charity - Certified Dental Assistant
I enjoy getting to know and establishing relationships with our patients!
Charity obtained her certification in dental assisting from Greenville Technical College and is also certified in nitrous oxide. She started in the dental field in 1997 and joined our practice in 1998. In addition to working chairside and assisting the doctors with procedures, she follows up with patients who need to schedule treatment.
Charity resides in Lyman with her husband Johnny. She has two sons and is an active member of Wellford Baptist Church, where she enjoys teaching 2-to-5-year-olds, helping with college and singles ministry, and serving the community. In her spare time, she loves entertaining and being with family and friends.
